Announcing Year Four of Leadership Principles & Profiles: Skills-oriented training from the producers of Leadership Main Line

Maximum class size is 24; reserve your company’s spots while they last.

Overview: The Main Line Chamber of Commerce is offering a series of four day-long training programs in the fall. Leadership Principles & Profiles will develop leadership skills that are separate and distinct from the nonprofit volunteer-oriented focus of Leadership Main Line.

Based on feedback from Main Line Chamber-member companies and to meet the need for developing and improving leaders, Leadership Principles & Profiles is designed with three main components:

  • Conversations with inspiring leaders.
  • Essential leadership skills training.
  • In-depth sessions on 1) crafting a vision 2) building alignment and 3) championing execution.

Leadership Main Line Community Project

The Leadership Main Line program brings together the For-Profit and Non-Profit worlds. A major component of the leadership development process used for the class is working on a project that will help further the Mission of a Non-Profit that impacts the greater Main Line Region.

We are accepting applications from Chamber member Non-Profits who would benefit from additional people and time resources to accomplish a project that is important to the success of your organization. Click here to apply.

What to Expect

Participants acquire skills, knowledge and networks to enhance their drive, motivation and commitment to excel in leadership roles in their business and personal lives. Companies that enroll employees will get back individuals who are more keenly aware of the impact they can have on the world around them and are better equipped to represent companies in the community.

This six month program exposes rising leaders to the past, present and future of the Main Line and beyond. Participants will have unique access to inspiring leaders who will share their passions and interact with the class. The Class of 2021 will go behind the scenes at unique locations along the Main Line and meet with executives from leading non-profit organizations that are striving to meet community needs.

As part of the program, the class will use their leadership, communications and collaborative skills to complete a community project for a local nonprofit to enhance the quality of life on the Main Line. The project is another catalyst in building strong relationships among the participants.
