A message to companies and organizations interested in developing leaders:
Top talent is in demand. Leading teams in an environment of change requires sharpened skills and motivation. Enterprises that have operated effectively throughout the pandemic are keeping employee engagement and retention top of mind. Whether working in-person, remotely or in a hybrid model, strong culture is a predictor of success.
It's against this backdrop that The Main Line Chamber of Commerce will launch its recruiting for the 2025 class of Leadership Main Line. In its 23rd year, LML provides leadership development in part through a lens of community involvement. As many as 24 participating leaders will interact with inspiring CEOs addressing major issues affecting the region while learning about local government and organizations that meet community need. Participants will come away with key information about the traits and priorities of successful leaders, diversity/equity and inclusion, overcoming obstacles, engaging with remote workers and utilizing nonprofit service to develop skills and connections while leaving a legacy.
